WNBA All-Star transportation from Chicago suburbs must account for three Chicago venues, different event times, and the return trip home. The 2026 All-Star celebration runs July 23–25 at McCormick Place, Wintrust Arena, and United Center.
Fans traveling from Glenview, Northbrook, Schaumburg, Naperville, Evanston, or other communities may attend several events in one weekend. A reserved sedan, SUV, or group van can keep those trips under one written plan.
Separate the weekend by venue
WNBA Live presented by AWS is at McCormick Place Lakeside Center. It runs Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday’s 3-Point Contest and Shooting Stars competition begin at 7 p.m. at Wintrust Arena. Saturday’s All-Star Game starts at 7:30 p.m. at United Center.
McCormick Place and Wintrust Arena share the McCormick Square area. United Center sits west of downtown. Do not submit one reservation that says only “WNBA event.” Include the exact venue and address.
Plan suburban departure times carefully
North Shore trips may begin in Evanston, Wilmette, Glenview, Northbrook, Highland Park, or Lake Forest. Northwest and western groups may leave Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Oak Brook, or Naperville.
Normal travel estimates do not include arena crowds, downtown construction, security, or event loading restrictions. Work backward from the time you want to enter the venue, not the opening tip or program start.
Be at the agreed home or hotel entrance before the vehicle arrives. One late passenger can affect the entire group when the trip includes several suburban stops.
Decide between home pickups and one meeting point
Door-to-door collection works when guests live close together. It becomes inefficient when one vehicle must cross several suburbs before heading toward Chicago.
A central home, suburban hotel, or office can make loading faster. If passengers live far apart, two smaller vehicles may produce a more dependable schedule.
Assign one group coordinator. That person should hold the passenger list, pickup address, tickets, venue schedule, vehicle details, and post-event meeting plan.
Match the vehicle to the weekend
A sedan suits one or two fans. A luxury SUV offers more room for a small group. A passenger van helps a running club, youth basketball organization, client group, or extended family travel together.
Count personal luggage separately from event-day bags. Out-of-town guests may bring suitcases, while local passengers need only approved arena belongings. Confirm both seats and cargo space.
Review the Chicagoland vehicle options. Give the reservation team an accurate count before selecting the vehicle.
Connect WNBA Live with Friday at Wintrust Arena
WNBA Live occupies McCormick Place Lakeside Center. First-time visitors may also hear it called the East Building. Include both names when sharing the itinerary.
Friday’s official WNBA Live hours continue until 7 p.m., while the Wintrust Arena program begins at 7 p.m. Guests attending both cannot remain at the fan festival until closing and still be seated at the arena on time.
Select a departure time that allows for walking, security, ticket scanning, and finding seats. The short physical distance between buildings does not remove these steps.
Leave time for Saturday’s United Center transfer
Saturday presents a larger move. WNBA Live runs at McCormick Place, while the 7:30 p.m. All-Star Game is at United Center. The venues are in different parts of Chicago.
Leave McCormick Place well before its 7 p.m. closing time if you also have game tickets. Add loading time, cross-city traffic, United Center entry, and walking to the seats.
Review the site’s United Center transportation information. Venue operations may direct vehicles to specific passenger areas during a major event.
Give the return trip a precise meeting point
Arena exits become crowded after the competition or game. A message saying “we are outside” does not identify a usable location. Select a named entrance, legal loading zone, hotel, or intersection.
Save the address and map pin on every phone. Mobile service may slow as spectators leave. Establish a backup point before entering the arena.
Tell the chauffeur when all passengers are together. The vehicle may not be able to wait at the curb while the coordinator searches for one missing guest.
Coordinate airport arrivals with suburban stays
O’Hare is convenient for many north, northwest, and western suburban hotels. Midway may fit guests staying south or southwest of downtown. The flight schedule may matter more than distance.
Provide the airline, flight number, traveler phone, and luggage count. International arrivals at O’Hare need additional time for immigration, baggage collection, and customs.
Keep the airport pickup separate from the event vehicle. This makes flight delays easier to handle and prevents suitcases from filling space needed by the rest of the group.
Arrange corporate or youth-group transportation
All-Star Weekend attracts company guests, community organizations, and youth basketball groups. Create a written itinerary with passenger names, adult coordinators, vehicle assignments, venue addresses, and return destinations.
Children may require age-appropriate seating under Illinois law. Discuss ages, heights, weights, and seating requirements before the reservation. Review the site’s child passenger safety information.
For receptions or several event stops, hourly limousine service may be more practical than separate point-to-point reservations.
Reserve Chicagoland WNBA transportation
Go Limo Chicagoland can coordinate suburban homes, hotels, airports, McCormick Place, Wintrust Arena, and United Center for July 23–25, 2026. Provide the pickup town, passenger count, luggage, ticketed events, venue addresses, and return plan.
Review Chicagoland limousine services, then contact the reservation team. Reserve larger vehicles early if the group plans to attend events on several days.
